27 October

4.30pm – 6pm (GMT)

Aspects of the impact of COVID-19 on Settings and Staff

Using perspectives from Belgium, this session will explore the personal and professional challenges faced by early childhood practitioners during the pandemic and the changes to their role and responsibilities as they have adjusted to changed demands. The settings they work in have been transformed in response to the demands for social distancing, hygiene and changed expectations for service delivery. How practitioners in different countries and contexts have responded and the impact on their daily professional life will be shared during this session.
